Exercise After Hair Transplant

Q: I am post op day 5 from my hair transplant. I exercise regularly and my regular fitness routine is an extensive swimming program in the pool. I usually wear a swimmers cap to reduce the friction as most advanced swimmers and to protect my hair from long term chlorine damage. How will this affect my hair transplant?
