A Step by Step Guide to Your Scalp Exercises
- Interlock your fingers and place them on the back of your head
- Tightly grip the back of your head and move your fingers in an upward and downward motion. Grip your fingers tightly and, making sure they are locked together, move them in an upward motion on the back of your scalp. After 3-5 seconds, keep your fingers interlocked and more them in a downward motion.
- After you finish the prescribed amount of exercises on the back of your head, release your interlocked fingers. Place your hands tightly above your ears with your palms grabbing your head. Move your hands in an upward motion and hold tightly for a few seconds. Slowly move your hands back down your head and hold tight for a few more seconds.
