Walnut Creek Hair Transplant

Walnut Creek serves as a very convenient hub for many of the bay area’s most hip, popular cities. Which is not to say that it is dull, or somewhere you just pass by on your way to better places. Indeed, Walnut Creek’s downtown area is pretty jumpy on any given day—or night. It is lined with happening restaurants, cafes, and chic retail establishments that are always up-to-date on what is trending. You will also find plenty of breathing room here; the city owns approximately 1800 acres of undeveloped land in the form of hillsides, ridges, and parks.

Walnut Creek got its start about 1850, when the first roofed house went up in the area it occupies today. Things really took off in the 1870s when the Southern Pacific Railroad came to town. The railroad was a presence here for 100 years. During that time, in 1914, the town was officially incorporated as a city. Things really took off in 1951 with the opening of the Broadway Plaza (then called The Broadway Shopping Center). Today over 70,000 people live here. Our patients tell us it is the area’s near perfect urban/rural balance that pleases them the most.

So this city has a pretty good connection with Sacramento, San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland. From Walnut Creek, getting to any of those places is a veritable breeze. While you are here, however, you may want to check out a few places of interest. For starters, Walnut Creek’s reputation as a nature-lover’s paradise is not unearned. There are plenty of parks, public gardens, and museums to visit. Among the larger examples is Diablo Hills Regional Park. The park is made up mostly of the Diablo foothills, which lead on to the mammoth Mount Diablo State Park.

Walnut Creek also features golfing challenges on a championship level at the Boundary Oak Golf Course. Overlooking the foothills of Mount Diablo, this 18 hole course is among the best known in northern California. There are practice putting greens, a pro shop, and a driving range with over 60 stalls. Just be warned that this course is not for the faint of heart—you will need to bring your best game to play here.

Now if all you are looking for is a bit of downtown shopping, look no further than what is available here. High-end shops that sell everything from brand-name clothing to pet supplies can be found on Walnut Creek’s breezy, tree-lined streets.

A Balanced Treatment Of Friendliness And Professionalism

Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration comprises board-certified surgeons who specialize in both follicular unit transplantation and follicular unit extraction. We treat patients of all genders and ethnic backgrounds. It all starts with an initial consultation, where we will discover things like:

  • Your family history of hair loss
  • Your overall health and what medications you may be using
  • The psychological effects your hair loss is inducing
  • The expectations you retain

A microscopic scalp exam will go on to show us just how much further your hair loss is likely to progress, and which donor hairs have the best potential for harvesting. Most surgical procedures take between 4 and 10 hours. In many instances, patients are right back to work on the very next day.
