Concord Hair Transplant
Concord was founded in 1869 as Todos Santos. It is located 29 miles east of San Francisco. Its streets curve along the East Bay like the motifs of an elaborate castle tapestry. Like any other bay city, the climate here is labeled as Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers and cool, wet winters. An areal view of the town gives one the impression of an exclusively residential pocket nestled among more “happening” places like Berkeley and Oakland. Up until recent times, this is precisely what Concord was. Over the past decade, however, it has begun to stir with the presence of banks, energy corporations, and popular business chains.
At Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration we know about growth. It happens after every one of our Concord hair transplants, in the form of dense, natural, healthy hair. Our clinics, too, are extending their reach. In 2019 we arrived in San Francisco with our latest. Each year we see patients from all over the world. This does not exclude the charming community of Concord, whose residents are so often pleased by the tranquil environment that greets them here, as well as the smiling, friendly faces of our staff.
Life in Concord, California
To give yourself an idea of what the culture is like in Concord, start with the Contra Costa Canal. This 14 mile, horseshoe-shaped strip of asphalt gives walkers, runners, and bikers a place to conduct an effective constitution. It winds through parkland, residential areas, and nearby Walnut Creek. When somebody from Concord tells you to take a hike, they are not rejecting your company, they are being literal. Get out to the Contra Costa Canal and find out what they mean.
“Dry land is not a myth”. Okay, so maybe Kevin Costner never actually said that in his infamous movie, but at Waterland California, you may just forget it exists, if only for a short while. This place has more slides in it than an Al Gore feature presentation. Spiraling this way and that, they tower over the trees, challenging anyone brave enough to dare their vertiginous heights. In 2017, Waterworld officially became the property of Six Flags, but that scarcely matters. Having said as much, do not go swimming here directly after a hair transplant. Oh and, wait for at least an hour after eating.
Now to really get into the spirit of Concord, pay a visit to Todos Santos Plaza. You will find Mexican style architecture that houses many shops and restaurant-type places—none of which will show you to the door simply because you are from out of town. Concord does not play things that way. The locals are warm, friendly, and always eager to hear stories from a different land.
Grow Back Your Thinning Hair
We are pretty friendly here ourselves. Should you feel the need to schedule a consultation with us, we will get right to the bottom of what is causing your hair loss, then develop a plan to reverse its effects. This plan typically involves either a follicular unit transplant procedure or follicular unit extraction surgery. Both are conducted using a local anesthetic to reduce pain to minimal levels. Most patients feel very little. Some even fall asleep while we are working.
The procedure takes between 4 and 10 hours, depending on your level of hair loss. In many instances you can be back to work on the very next day; at most, you will need to take about 1 week off for recovery. Within 3 months you’re likely to start seeing new hair growth in the recipient area. After a year, the entire process is complete.
At Parsa Mohebi Hair Restoration we can give you back the full, healthy head of hair you thought lost forever. For more information, call us today at (415) 997-6126.
