Drew Brees – Quarterback Scores a Touchdown with a New Hairline
Drew Brees has been one of the most successful NFL quarterbacks of the past few decades. He started his 20-season career with the San Diego Chargers before moving to the New Orleans Saints for 15 seasons. He also led the Saints to their only Super Bowl victory in 2010. Brees is known for his skills on the field as well as his disappearing hairline over the years. Now that he is retired and starting a new career as a commentator for NBC Sports, his hairline also seems to be starting a new life as well.

This season is the first year Brees has been in the broadcast booth and not on the field. Instead of focusing on his announcing abilities, the public agreed that his hair was in the spotlight. The 42-year-old ex-quarterback appears to have much more hair on his scalp than he did in the last few years of his football career.
Drew Brees has not publicly addressed the speculation about his hairline. However, this has not stopped his fans from discussing whether or not Drew has undergone a hair transplant to restore his hairline.

Then, in August of last year, Drew Brees started to sport a shaved head which led to speculation that he had received a bad haircut. It is also a possibility that he decided to shave his head in order to have a hair transplant, but this is also speculation on the part of his fans.

In February of this year, the NFL season ended but the questions were starting about the possible return of Drew Brees to the NFL. He released a video that showed him working out which made the public think he was returning to the NFL for another season. The video also caused a bit of discussion about how much more hair he had on his scalp.
At the same time, there was also some gossip about the star athlete transitioning to a broadcasting job with one of the major networks. The gossip eventually became a fact as Brees became the former quarterback for the Saints when he announced his retirement on March 14th.

Football fans took to Twitter to make jokes and share comments about the new look for the former quarterback. They remarked on how the biggest “comeback” of his career was his hairline instead of happening during a game.
He has only been on the air for a few weeks as a TV announcer and his hair continues to make more of an impact on those watching the game than what he is saying about the game. It is not surprising that people are caught off guard by his appearance since they are so used to seeing him with a balding scalp both on, and off, the field.
