Lead Physician – Launch & Grow Our New Practices (Los Angeles & Las Vegas)
Locations: Los Angeles, CA & Las Vegas, NV
Type: Full-time
License: Active medical license required in respective state (Nevada license for Las Vegas / California license for Los Angeles)
Training: The first year involves a specialized training program with Dr. Parsa Mohebi and his team in Los Angeles and other locations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starts $300k base salary + productivity bonus for a 4-day workweek

Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and perform advanced hair restoration procedures
- Build and lead a high-performing clinical team
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient experience
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the practice and patient base
Qualifications
- Active medical license (Nevada for Las Vegas, California for Los Angeles)
- Background in surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
- Commitment to excellence in patient care
