Lead Physician – Launch & Grow Our New Las Vegas Practice
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Type: Full-time
License: Nevada medical license required
Training: The first year involves a specialized training program with Dr. Parsa Mohebi and his team in Los Angeles and other locations
Compensation:
- Starts $300k base salary + productivity bonus for a 4-day workweek
- Benefits include health insurance
Role Overview:
Lead the clinical launch of our new Las Vegas location. Deliver exceptional patient outcomes, mentor staff, and help set the standard of excellence as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and perform hair restoration procedures
- Build and lead a high-performing clinical team
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient experience
Qualifications:
- Active Nevada medical license
- Background in surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
